TESTIMONIALS

You are AMAZING!!  We have been blessed  to have you as our daughters director. Your patience and love for the children radiates and encourages them to believe in themselves.  Your dedication and hard work is so appreciated by us.
Mother of an 11 year old

Alice in Wonderland was the best drama performance we have had since I have been here at the Lake Norman YMCA.
Derek - School Age Program Director at Cornelius YMCA

ALUM from ACT - All Children's Theatre, founded by Dr. Goodrum
ACT gave me a confidence I didn’t have and showed me talents that I probably wouldn’t otherwise have discovered. I learned to write and direct and work with others constructively and made me believe that creativity was a worthwhile pursuit as a vocation.
Nathan, Screenwriter/Director  ‘The Least of These’.

Partnering in the building of a child’s self-esteem is the very best we can do for children and ACT taught us this every day, in every class and in every play.
  Elizabeth, Director/Teacher/Comedienne

I don't think I could hold a job in the theatre and not acknowledge that ACT had a huge influence in that. More importantly, though, ACT allowed me the space to develop self-esteem and was a doorway into the great wide world of self expression.  I can't begin to imagine what a different person I would be without the impact of ACT
